Elisa – my reaction to what you wrote is that we are not lifestyle coaches, nor should we be. There is no doubt that the potential to have a better lifestyle is an important part of a home purchase, and more important now because short term financial gain from a home as an investment is problematic, but buyers are making investments. Financially there are benefits to the investment, and there are other non quantifiable returns on investment, such as a better life style, but … it’s still an investment. What a buyer is investing in is …. happiness, and satisfaction, or rather the increased potential for that.
